F5M Terms & Conditions Agreement
1.. I am of legal age in the domicile in which I reside and enter into this Agreement.
2.. As an Independent Associate (IA), I am not an agent or employee of F5M.
3.. I am solely responsible for payment of my own income taxes, self employment taxes, etc.
4.. As an IA, I am not guaranteed any level of success, other than earnings from my own sales.
5.. In order to maintain a viable compensation program in a competitive worldwide marketplace
and comply with current law, F5M may enhance compensation or Terms & Conditions at any time.
6.. I will not use F5M's name, logo, trademark, copy, etc, without prior written approval.
7.. I may cancel membership, and F5M may cancel my membership, at any time,
especially if I am considered in violation of ethical business practices while representing F5M.
F5M reserves Legal Right of Association, the right to refuse association with particular individuals,
at its sole discretion, with or without cause. F5M is a business, with no personal or political agenda.
8.. Due to the unique DAILY PAY aspects of F5M, all purchases are final, there are NO REFUNDS.
9.. Because there are no refunds on software sales and your software is downloadable immediately,
any and all credit card chargebacks will be agressively prosecuted as felony credit card fraud.
10. F5M and its affiliates are not liable for any loss from error or failure of any online payment systems.
11. F5M and its affiliates are not liable for failure of any servers, websites, ISP, email, software, data, etc.
12. F5M is governed and any grievance must be filed and resolved by law in Belize City, Belize.
13. By applying for membership, I indicate my prior agreement to all F5M Terms & Conditions.
